2. Processing.
Our main processing methods are printing, electric embroidery, high cycle, Non- SEW and so on.
Printing: screen printing and digital printing, screen printing is the use of screen printing ink transfer to the material process, digital printing is the use of digital printer ink through the nozzle directly printed onto the material process.
Electric EMBROIDERY: PASS THE SET PATTERN THROUGH THE electric embroidery machine, embroider the color thread to the material, so that the upper pattern is perfectly presented on the shoe.
High cycle: Use high cycle machine with copper mold, through pressure and current to press the required logo or pattern out of convex and concave effect, usually with printing process to highlight the three-dimensional effect of logo or pattern. Moshuang has mature OEM production line, which can manufacture OEM shoes with different processes according to customer needs.
Non- SE: Non- sewn technology is a technique of bonding different materials together by hot pressing instead of sewing.
3. The sewing machine.
Needle cart: The process of sewing different parts and cutting pieces together through the needle cart machine to get out of the vamp.
4. The bottom.
Bottom add: glue each layer of sole
5. The molding.
Molding: The process by which the upper and outsole of the car are bonded together with primer and glue.
6. Quality inspection
Quality inspection: each pair of Moshuang shoes will be subject to repeated quality inspection before shipment to ensure that wholesalers and shopkeepers receive the perfect pair of shoes.
